You ordain all things, Almighty God.
Who can speak and have it happen,
unless You have decreed it?
You do whatever You purpose.
You carry out Your word.
You correct. You punish. You discipline. You rebuke.
You are faithful to Your people,
full of mercy and steadfast love.
You alone are God!
