- Our God: “I will never leave you nor forsake you” (Hebrews 13:5).
2. Our access to God: Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you (James 4:8).
3. Our salvation: Consequently, he is able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, since he always lives to make intercession for them (Hebrews 7:25).
4. Our lives: “For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who looks on the Son and believes in him should have eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day” (John 6:40).
5. Our home in heaven: “In my Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also” (John 14:2-3).
6. Our joy: “These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full” (John 15:11).
7. Our hope: Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead (1 Peter 1:3).
8. Our peace: You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you (Isaiah 26:3).
9. Our protection: “Because he holds fast to me in love, I will deliver him; I will protect him, because he knows my name” (Psalm 91:14).
10. Our purpose: So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God (1 Corinthians 10:31).
11. Our confidence: Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble at its swelling (Psalm 46:2-3).
